This is a very important message with TONS of information about this upcoming month.
It will be a busy, busy month and it is mandatory NO classes are missed in January.
I have a tentitive line up for the pre- competition show at the bottom of this email.... Please go over it with your child and make sure there are no conflicts or missing dances- it will be a LONG show but I will do my best to make everything go as quickly as possible... Tickets will be on sale Monday January 11th...Tickets are limited and there is only ONE show..so don't wait!!!
Costumes: Most costumes have arrived at the studio and balances will be billed out the 2nd week of January. Costume balances MUST be paid before costumes can be taken home.
Consession: We have the ability to set up a consession at GW Graham for our Pre Comp Show. We get 90 percent of the profit with 10 percent going to the GW Graham Theatre! If anyone is interested in doing this fundraiser please let Jacquie in the office know! We have also asked to do the Chilliwack Festival Consession as I mentioned in our Competition Meeting in September...but no one has really shown serious interest.
