NEUFELD FARMS FUNDRAISER
A fundraiser opportunity for all Project Dance Families!!!
Neufeld Farms offer a great selection of frozen products including cookie dough, cookie pucks, pies, meat and chicken products, perogies, lasagne and many special holiday favorites.
Each item sold raises valuable $$ that can be used for any dance expense... just make your request at the office! Neufeld Farm profits range from $3 - $8 per item sold (less 10% - Organizer Fee).
Order forms have been passed out to students. If you did not receive one please pick one up for the office.
Order Deadline is Friday, November 27th - Delivery date is Tuesday, December 15th, 7PM at the Project Dance Studio!

RECREATIONAL PARENT REPS:
Each class at Project Dance this year needs a parent rep. We have over 180 dancers under the age of 6 at the studio and we need to be super organized for the year end show, picture day, etc. So we have decided to have 2 parents in charge of each class at the studio. Your roll as a rep is to be in charge of the group at 1 or the 2 year end shows in June. Bringing the class back stage, helping with costume pieces, bathroom breaks,etc. If this is something you are interested in there is a sign up sheet at the front counter. The list is labeled in class order by day! Thanks for your help!
LOST AND FOUND:
All non claimed clothing will be donated to Good Will on December 1st- Lost and Found is kept in the "Pink Room" and is over flowing! Please check before it's too late!
COLORING CONTEST:
Pick up your coloring contest at the front desk! Contest closes December 1st!
IMPORTANT NEWS FOR COMPETITION PARENTS!!!
**Recreational Dancers only- prizes will be awarded and your talents will be displayed around the studio so be creative!!!- Miss A loves anything that sparkles...hint, hint;)
COMPETITION INVOICES:
Competition Invoices have been handed out. Please make sure you have received this invoice and that your first payment has been made. If you have not received your invoice please respond to this email.
ATTENDANCE:
We do realize that it is cold and flu season but attendance for competition classes is MANDATORY! That means ballet classes and technique classes as well. I have reviewed the attendance for all the classes and am very disappointed in some of the dancers attendance and some dancers on the verge of being moved into recreational classes- Please make an immediate change and attend all scheduled classes as this is the last couple months before competition.
