Each student needs their own dance attire and shoes. Project Dance does not sell the clothing but is available at Teddy Bear Dreams in Chilliwack or "Jazzmatazz" & "Elite Bodymoves" in Abbotsford. Also...check Ebay!!
- The show will be taped and pre ordered DVDs will be available for purchase. DVDs are done professionally and will be $25/each.
- Tickets must be purchased for the show to cover the costs of renting the theatre.
- Tickets are anywhere from $12- $17 dollars and children under the age of 3 are free (as long as they don’t take up a seat). The year end show is on June 19th & 20th 2009 at the G.W. Graham Theatre.
- Flowers will be available for purchase at the performance.
- (Recreational Classes) Costume deposit covers the first part of the costume expense and is paid in October so the seamstress can purchase the fabric.
- An additional fee of $30-$40 will be paid when the costumes are finished (approx. Early April).
- Picture Day is Sunday June 7th/09... Picture day times in the office.
- As a competitive family it is expected that you have close to if not perfect attendance. If Attendance becomes an issue or if your child is having trouble picking up choreography, you may be asked to do one or more private lessons. Private lessons come at an additional cost. If private lessons are required please see Leah in the office for prices and available times. This is not a punishment we just want the best for your child and realize everyone learn differently and some need extra attention.
- Throughout the year there are conventions and workshops that come to the Lower Mainland. These are not mandatory but strongly encouraged to create relationships with their friends from the studio and to learn from famous choreographers they see on television. The first convention is November 22nd & 23rd in Vancouver it's called "Triple ThreaT" and it's awesome!!! Registration and payment due: October 1st. There will be more to follow.
- Competition fees range from $12/ student Chilliwack Festival $25/ student out of town competitions. Each student must pay to enter each competition. An invoice with all competition fees due in two instalments will be handed out November 1st. ***A $10 adminstration fee will be charged to cover paper work. Each competition/festival has a small entrance fee ($2-$5 a day). Dancers are free!!!
- Each dancer in competition will attend one local competition and at least 2 outside Chilliwack competitions. Competitions we are attending and dates will be given out in September. Exact times will be sent to the studio 2 weeks prior to the competition. A travelling competition will be attended from Intermdiate-Senior...destination Kelowna, Pentiction, Whistler or even LAS VEGAS...stay tuned!
- On February 6, 2010 - 7:00pm there is a preview show will be held to showcase the talents of our competition dancers. There will be al fee for tickets to pay for the rental of the theatre. Every Solo, Duo, Trio and Group will perform their competitive dance one time on stage before their first competition.
- Reheasal for the Preview Show is Friday February 5th/2010 3pm
- Costume Deposit covers the first part of the costume with a balance at the end. Competition costumes are more detailed and cost more than recreational costumes. Costumes will not be more than $100 dollars (Junior, Intermediate) Senior & Company Costumes can total $80 -$100 each. Costume balance must be paid in December. A $5-$10 dollar fee will be added to cover alterations.
- Private lessons are by permission from the director. We welcome interest and ideas but our decision will be made to best benefit your child and focus on what they will have the best success with. Privates come with an extra cost. Price lists avaliable at the office.

- Lyrical: Foot Undiez (beige for competition...colours can be worn in class only!!) (approx $15)
- Hip Hop: Clean Running Shoes no Jazz Sneakers!

- Ballet: Pink Leather Ballet Shoes- no split sole (approx $35-$40)
